Lauren Wilman

Brooke L. Raybon is a family law attorney at Vethan Law Firm who has handled more than 100 family law matters throughout Harris County and the surrounding counties. Her experience covers the full range of family law issues, including contested divorce, child custody disputes, enforcements, protective orders, modifications, and suits to adjudicate parentage.

Brooke earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law Houston, where her interest in family law took shape through the school’s advocacy and clinic programs. During law school, she represented pro bono clients in divorce matters under the mentorship of a practicing attorney and earned a CALI Award for the highest grade in her Marital Property class. She is an active member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and stays current on legislative changes to the Texas Family Code to ensure her clients benefit from up-to-date, informed representation.

Brooke understands that divorce and family law disputes are among the most difficult and stressful experiences her clients will face. She brings clarity, zealous advocacy, empathy, and skill to every case, with the goal of guiding clients toward the best possible outcome.

Born in Ventura, California, Brooke moved to West Texas at age 13 and has called Houston home since starting law school. Her varied background gives her a grounded, practical perspective that clients often find reassuring during a difficult chapter of their lives.
