Joseph L. Lanza

Joseph L. Lanza is the Managing Attorney for Vethan Law Firm P.C.’s San Antonio, Texas office. Mr. Lanza litigates cases ranging from the enforcement of non-competition provisions in contracts, misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of contracts and fiduciary duties, and patent and trademark infringement. Since joining the Vethan Law Firm, Mr. Lanza has been closely involved in the litigation of several trade secret misappropriation and non-competition agreement cases, and has undertaken several appeals. In 2013, Mr. Lanza successfully protected a $700,000 judgment obtained by the Vethan Law Firm’s client at trial before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
