Diren W Singhe

Diren Singhe serves as attorney and counselor to privately held companies, professional practices, investors, startups, and executives. With a focus on construction and design, intellectual property, and professional and fiduciary standards, Diren has represented a variety of clients from multinationals, major insurers, and foreign investors, to property developers, professionals, executives, and family businesses. Diren has won results in state and federal court, as well as before numerous specialized arbitration tribunals all over the country. As trusted and responsive outside corporate counsel, Diren also advises VLF’s clients on strategy, risks, and compliance, in negotiating deals, in structuring ventures, and in matters of corporate governance.

Diren is the Managing Attorney for VLF’s Dallas office, and has lectured and published extensively on matters of import to the construction, design, and property development communities, as well as on professional, ethical, and fiduciary obligations.
